  • What time is check-in?

    Check-in begins at 4:00pm daily.

  • What time is check-out?

    Checkout time is 11:00am. If you feel that you will need more time to explore we have an option to purchase a guaranteed late checkout here.

  • Do you have airport and/or local shuttle?

    Yes, Magnolia Omaha offers a complimentary airport shuttle from the OMA Omaha Eppley Airfield. Reservations are required and should be arrange through front desk.

    • If you are flying in, please call the front desk at 402-341-2500 and select option “5” to arrange pickup times and schedules.
    • For guests looking to get around locally while on-site with us, please just stop by the front desk and let us know where and when you like to go. The shuttle covers about a 3 mile radius from the hotel and covers all of downtown and Old Market District, free of charge.
  • Is there on-site parking and is there a parking fee?

    Yes, we offer a few options:

    • Valet parking for $35 per night
    • Self-park for $29 per night
  • I am just coming for dinner or a show, do you offer event parking?

    Yes, we offer complimentary on-site parking when you dine with us at Olive and Ira's, and if you are attending a show we will offer $10 event parking (for up to four hours).

  • Is this a dog friendly hotel?

    Yes, we love our puppies. We welcome the furry and four-legged, all sizes and breeds. No deposit required.

  • Do you have a non-refundable dog fee?

    We do not charge a dog fee, deposit, and there are no size or breed restrictions.

    If damage or a deep cleaning is needed as a result from your pet, a pet damage/cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to the folio.

  • Do you have a swimming pool or hot tub?

    Unfortunately, when the hotel was designed and built in 1924 these amenities were not included in the plans. We do offer a beautiful outside brick Courtyard you can enjoy.

  • Is there a fitness center on site?

    Yes, we offer a 24-hour (with keycard access) Wellness Center that features all-new Matrix equipment as well as two Woodway treadmills. There is also a free weight area, TVs, a refreshment station, and separate men’s and women’s shower rooms as well.

  • Do you have an on-site restaurant? If so, what are the hours?

    We have an amazing restaurant "Olive & Ira's" located on-site, directly off the lobby and front desk area.

    Hours of Operations:

    • Breakfast - Monday to Friday 7 AM to 10 AM
    • Lunch - Friday 10:30 AM to 2 PM
    • Brunch - Saturday and Sunday 7 AM to 2 PM
    • BAR - Sunday to Thursday 4 PM to 10 PM; Friday and Saturday 4 PM to 12 AM

  • Do you allow smoking inside the hotel, guestrooms, or restaurant?

    Magnolia Hotel Omaha is 100% smoke-free hotel, we do not allow smoking of any kind in any area within the property. This includes any public area, restaurant area, meeting or event space, and guestrooms and if found, will apply a deep cleaning fee to rooms that break this rule. Deep cleaning fees are as follows:

    • A $500 smoking fee will be applied to any Deluxe, Executive and Accessible room that is found in violation of this rule
    • A $1,000 smoking fee will be applied to any Flat, Loft, or Presidential Suite room that is found in violation of this rule
  • I am coming for a special event, are there any amenities I can set up before my stay?

    Yes, We offer a few different packages to make your stay extra special! Options include late checkout, Rose Petal turndown service, a dozen of roses delivered to your room, a charcuterie plate, chocolate covered strawberries, or Champagne.
