ADAM SHAW

Chef Adam Shaw, a classically trained culinary expert, embarked on his journey at sixteen, eventually achieving honors at Johnson and Wales. With a prestigious career spanning the Ritz Carlton to Anthology, he now spearheads the culinary experience at Magnolia Hotel St. Louis. At Robie's restaurant, he blends classical and innovative techniques, including molecular cooking, to redefine fine dining in downtown St. Louis.
